No short stature: I would not be very concerned at this point. Many grown men are your height, so 5'9" is nothing to balk at. But at 16, no, you are not likely done growing. Adult male height is typically achieved somewhere between ages 18-21 and the end of this range is typically when full adult male features have been developed. Please don't spend too much more time worrying about this ;-)
