Hyperpigmented tongu: Hyperpigmentation of the tongue is common among dark skinned individuals. Some other things to look in to is vitamin deficiency like niacin, b12, folate, (folic acid) addison's dz and some drugs. Most probably benign and nothing need to worry about, if you still concerned talk to your physician who knows your medical history to check it out.
