Right side pain: if you think it might be appendicitis go to the ER. Have you had a fever or nausea and vomiting? This along with the mentioned symptoms are highly suspicious of appendicitis. Good luck

See below: If your experiencing abdominal pain that is lasting several hours appendicitis is always a possibility, depending on the location of the pain and the physical exam. You can read patient education on appendicitis and its symptoms here: http://bit.ly/1KfRC6G If your pain persists go to the ER for evaluation.

Possibly: If the pain is in the right lower quadrant and you have fevers without any diarrhea, it could be appendicitis. Going to the ER is your best choice.

Appendicitis: Appendicitis means inflammation of the appendix. The appendix is a small pouch that comes off the gut wall at the start of the large intestine. Appendicitis is common. Typical symptoms include tummy (abdominal) pain and being sick (vomiting). These symptoms gradually get worse over 6-24 hours. Some people have less typical symptoms.http://patient.info/health/appendicitis-leaflet
