No Need: to get scared , speak to your doctor for instructions or go to ER they will examine you , do tests , if it is not appendicitis send you home.

Right side pain: if you think it might be appendicitis go to the ER. Have you had a fever or nausea and vomiting? This along with the mentioned symptoms are highly suspicious of appendicitis. Good luck

Possibly: If the pain is in the right lower quadrant and you have fevers without any diarrhea, it could be appendicitis. Going to the ER is your best choice.

Many possibilities : Especially in a lady. Appendicitis is possible but Can also be pelvic problem pregnancy related or kidney/urinary related problem. Needs an urgent examination and testing. Recommend seeing a doctor urgently particularly if you are unwell have fevers or are vomiting
