Numbness with rash: the itching and rash with numbness may or may not be related. sometimes due to nerve pathways, we perceive sensations like itching as numbness, but not usually. if the rash does not go away with an over the counter steroid cream and the numbness persists, you must see your doctor as numbness is unusual in this setting.
