Both "aqua" and: "hydro" mean water. A ;phobia is an irrational fear. Both terms mean the same thing. Please see a mental health professional to help you sort this out. He/she may use systematic desensitization to treat the phobic response. Peace and good health. A the water tap associated with this response suggests, you can control it more than you think.
