Diabetes: If you have type 1 diabetes it is difficult to overcome and you must control your blood sugar every day. If you have type 2 diabetes you can and should get rid of it. Check your blood sugar before breakfast and before lunch. Document all food and liquid intake for breakfast and anything between breakfast and lunch. Aim to have both pre-breakfast and pre-lunch values very close to each other.
