Needs Better Control: She needs better diabetic control under care of her doctor and nutritionist 1weight loss.Depends how overweight she is.May include proper eating habits, exercise;if grossly obese she may be a candidate for bariatric surgery 2oral meds and/or Insulin to control her blood sugar and a1c close to6.5 3bp;cholesterol control 4no smoking 5regular medical check ups/specialist nephrologist, eye md, podiatris.
