It may not be fat: It is not unusual to have some leakage of fat for a day or so, but if you continue to have leakage or if there is any redness or strange odor or if you have any fever, it may actually be puss, in which case you will need to get medical attention immediately.

If the leak: is occurring close to when it was performed you're probably dealing with some leakage from excess fat. You haven't mentioned where is the fat transfer. If the leak is occurring more than a week other situations need to be ruled out. Irrespective of when it occurred you should discuss this right away with the original surgeon. Best wishes
