I use differin (adapalene) 0.1% every night and it dries my face out no matter how much moisturizer i use after. what can i do to prevent this excessive dryness?

Might be too strong: If you are using it for general anti-aging or acne, you may want to try backing off a little bit to every other night or you can ask your doctor to prescribe a lower dose. Of course, you would have to weigh the dryness vs the clinical response with the lower dose.
