Pelvic ultrasound: A transvaginal ultrasound would show if the size of the pregnancy correlates with the gestational age based on the last menstrual period, and whether there is a heart beat or not. If the ultrasound is O.K. there is likely no reason to worry, as light spotting often happens at this gestational age.
