Food poisoning?: I am questioning if you have some sort of food poisoning from what you ate with cramping, diarrhea, and burping (and regurgitation?). Depending on what the bacteria is,it will pass in a few days usually. You can try some flavored throat lozenges or the fruity Vitamin C lozenges to try and mask the unpleasant taste in your mouth. Make sure to keep hydrated and if not able, seek treatment.

Gastritis: Sulfur-like burping can occur with gastritis. One old-fashioned remedy for intestinal cramps, peppermint (peppermint oil specifically), could also disguise the sulfur taste of a burp, but unfortunately has the tendency to increase heartburn so may increase the frequency of burping. Taking Gaviscon or generic equivalent may help - it sits on top of stomach contents.
