And the problem is?: I'm sorry but I'm not entirely certain from what I see here what the cause for concern is. If you are still having menses then you are still not pregnant and you are still having your cycles. It is not unusual to have variations in the length and intensity of your 'flow' over the years. Just as long as you are still having flow: you are not pregnant and you are still having 'normal' menses. :)

Probably normal: Menstrual flow can vary from month to month and this does not mean that anything is wrong. In your case the light flow does not mean that somehow the blood is backing up and just not coming out. Though pregnancy is unlikely you should do a home test just to cover the possibility.

Periods: as long as the periods are regular, no intermittent irregular bleeding, no pain, no inter menstrual bleeding , AND cervical smears are UTD, it should be fine. if u are worried then see your GP for examination.
