Fingers peeling: Peeling fingers without fever indicates either a form of contact dermatitis (reaction to something touching his skin) or fungal infection. If there is fever , you need to rule out Kawasaki disease. Kawasaki is serious that needs to be checked by you doctors immediately , especially if the fever lasted more than five days
