To be frank..: Honestly, adopting a healthy diet lower in carbohydrates and refined sugars, lower fat content, and higher in fruits and vegetables and lean meat in addition to an exercise regimen that you can actually stick to is still the best, safest (and most likely to work) way to lose weight. It's also the most likely to be sustained. Supplements and pills are not the safest or proven to be safest.

Diet/exercise/image: Diet: 6-8 fist sized portions of the following:fresh meat, fiish, poultry, fruit and vegetables mixed with2-3 bowls of cereal like bran/oatmeal. 8-10 glasses of water . High and low burst interval aerobics 4-5 times/week and a photo of yourself looking your best taped to your dressing mirror. Look at that photo AM/PM...or get a photo of some your age you want to look like: imagery conditioning.
