Likely association: PBA can be seen with stroke, brain injury, ALS, and MS. Responds beautifully to the medication Nuedexta, twice daily. If your questionnaire is convincing, try some samples. Also, make certain that you are using a potent MS disease modifying agent such as Tysabri (natalizumab) or Gilenya to decrease some of the issues with this difficult disease.
