I was recently diagnosed with erythema nodosum. my lab results showed my wbc is 11.1, sed rate is 41, and crp is 14.4. should i be concerned?!

No: Treat the person, not the lab values. These are trivial, and hopefully you already know that reference ranges are set so that several percent of healthies fall outside on either end. Of course something's inflamed when you have E-N, but you'll probably never find out what and most often it resolves. Let the workup continue, keep up with healthy lifestyle stuff, and plan to live a long & happy life
