See ENT: If you have had a head injury recently, discharge from one side of the nose may indicate a breakage leading to cerebrospinal fluid leak- a potentially very dangerous problem untreated. Less likely is the presence of a sinus infection. Regardless, you need to consult an ENT doctor ASAP.
