Nobody really knows: There are thousands of supplements and "serums" advertised to do all sorts of magical remedies. Very few supplements or "serums" have real research studies to show benefits and prove safety (their manufacturers and sellers make claims based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... but not based on real research). Real research is hard to do well, and is expensive.
