Diarrhea.: Diarrhea at times can be infectious in origin, and if you are having a chill before episode of diarrhea, it is possible that you have an infectious cause of your symptoms. If this persists, I would see your doctor. In the meantime, drink plenty of fluids and remain well hydrated. You might want to check your temperature also. Good luck.
