Yes, body aches: and fatigue are symptoms that occur with many health conditions and infections. Often infections start with body aches/fatigue & then progress to other symptoms of fever, GI or URI symptoms, but it is possible that these are mild and not impressionable. A notorious one is infectious mono, where one can be tired for over a week before onset of sore throat and swollen nodes. See MD if not well.
