Yes but got in the US: There have been studies performed suggesting that the opioid antagonist nalmefene can be helpful at certain doses in treating pathologic gambling. However to the best my understanding that medication is not currently available in United States.

Possibly: Nalmefene (AKA Nalmetren, Selincro & Revex) is an opioid receptor antagonist that is used in tx of alcohol dependence & has been studied with gambling & shopping addictions. It has not been sold in the US since 2008.
