NSAIDS: If not allergic. I suggest taking 2 Aleve (naproxen) tablets initially, then 1 tab every 8 hours on a full stomach.

Needs to be checked: Worst Abdominal pain bringing tears in your eyes needs to be checked.It may or may not be related to your periods.We can not tell you what it is without getting a thorough History and doing a Physical Exam Make a quick appointment with your Doctor or go to Emergecy Department of your nearest Hospital
