Inner ear problem: Noises in the ears called tinnitus is often associated with wooziness or vertigo or lightheaded is usually due to problem with inner ear called Labrynthitis/It can also be due to Menier's Disease which can be triggered by allergies,viral infections and abnormal immune response And if tinnitus and wooziness is also accompanied by hearing loss in affected ear, may be due to acoustic neuroma See ENT
