You have: lymph nodes that are within normal range for size at the upper end, so these may simply represent normal lymph nodes, or possibly benign reactive lymph nodes due to infection or inflammation. Their significance has to be assessed in the context of your entire clinical picture, so speaking with your doctor about your concerns might be helpful.
