Swallow them whole: The tablets won't taste bad if you just swallow them whole -- or maybe very brief bitterness. If you crush or try to dissove them in tea or anything else, it will be extremely bitter and difficult to swallow. If you can't handle the large pills, ask the pharmacy to replace them with the powder form of azithromycin, which is designed to be disooved in water or juice.
