Many Possibilies: Examine what you are ingesting on a regular basis from food to meds to supplement. Consider food allergies, and lactose intolerance, or gut floa imbalance. May want to skip dairy for a couple of days and see if any change. May also want to consider more fiber to bulk up stools. May also want to try some probiotics. If no improvement see doctor, may need stool testing and other evaluations.
