I am concerned: Numbness in the right arm and leg is very concerning. The fact that it is spreading is especially alarming. Migraine would not be the cause of your problems. You need to seek immediate medical attention. Conditions such as a stroke could be causing your symptoms. Don't look for answers on the internet. You won't be able to self diagnose your problem.
