My daughter has a swollen lymphnode on her neck for almost 6 mths.... it is soft and easily moveable, last cbc slight anemia . could it be lymphoma?

Not likely: lymphoma gets worse over time, with growing lymph nodes in increasing number. They are usually firm to touch, and not very mobile. Have a doctor check it for your reassurance, then put this worry behind you.

Lymph node: Doubtful. There would be other signs besides the lymph node becoming bigger, like weight loss, night sweats, etc. The CBC would also show issues with the WBC and platelet count besides anemia. The location of the node also plays a major role if its more serious. Some lymph nodes become "shoddy" and stop functioning and can remain enlarged which is normal.
