A member asked:

Is the mrana iud safe n will i still be able to have kids when the time is right?

Depends: When mirena (levonorgestrel) is placed in women with good sexual hygeine habits (condom use regularly) and when they are used in women with long term monogamous partners they are quite safe and won't prevent pregnancy. Women with multiple partners, recent STDs or history of PID may have issues that can alter your long term fertility.
