More info needed: This head pain is nondiagnostic without other information. It could be from SInusitis if there are other symptoms like nasal congestion and discharge or even fever. See your physician who will take a thorough history and exam. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

Unclear: There is virtually no hx provided but pain in the left side of the head does not sound like sinus. Sinus complaints usually are in the forehead, under the eyes and in the cheeks. If you have no stuffiness, no drainage or fever of pain in the front I would rethink the dx. Also suggest to see your doctor.

Left sided head pain: Left sided head pain can be your sinus, especially your sphenoidal sinus. Left sided head pain could be temporal muscle pain, tmj pain, ear pain, parotid gland problem or toothache too.
