Feces: Brownish discharge with flatus (farting) is most likely loose feces (stool). If blood and mucus are mixed in with it, see your clinician asap. It could be something minor, like Irritable Bowel syndrome and/or internal hemorrhoids, but depending on history and other symptoms it could be due to proctitis or colitis (inflammation or infection of the rectum or colon).
