I had brown discharge when wiping then i had a little bleed of red blood and now brown discharge again, what could this mean?

Spotting when wiping: I need more details: was the blood was from the urine or from the vagina? Are you pre- or post-menopausal? Pregnant? If it seems urinary - could be a bladder infection: see a doctor if it persists. If vaginal: could be some menstrual spotting, but if you are post-menopausal, you need to have this checked out. If sexually active, check a pregnancy test. It could be normal, though, so don't panic!
