YES, if...: If you've had sexual intercourse (or anything close to that) this past cycle, especially if not on a highly effective form of contraception, pregnancy is possible. Slight bleeding can occur when a fertilized egg implants into the uterine wall. I recommend a pregnancy test. On the other hand, random hormone fluctuations can also cause an irregular cycle now & then.. Either way, do a HPT.
