I the "Plan B" was taken just prior to an anticipated period, the withdrawal effect causing shedding of the endometrium would have been increased by the withdrawal from the "Plan B" pills, adding to the amount and length of the menstrual bleeding. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
