I'm 21 years old, i'm diagnosed with mild mvp with mild regurgitation. does these heart conditions r formed now?

Don't worry: Usually you are born with the thickened valve leaflets that cause MVP, but the mild regurgitation usually does not progress. I just recommend and Echocardiogram every 5-10 years to be sure. We no longer recommend antibiotics before dental procedures.
