Possible: It is possible that your symptoms are related to mvp, if regurgitation occurs with exercise. Discuss with your cardiologist to consider exercise echo to assess your mitral valve after exercise.

MVP: You need to get follow-up echo to assess valvular function and severeity of regurgitation and lv systolic function. If there is significant drop then your symptoms could be from heart.
