UTI and period: I think you are saying that your period lasted longer than usual after the UTI. Nothing to worry about. Sometimes an infection or any stress to the body can give you an unusual period.

Why worry?: If you have a bladder infection this can be treated with antibiotics. If you are having irregular bleeding this can be treated by an obgyn with a variety of options. There is nothing to be worried about. Both are easily solved problems.
