Fluids, rest, ibuprofen or naproxen if not allergic, Delsym (dextromethorphan) or herbal tea with honey until able to see your physician may help. Mycoplasma pneumoniae can cause myalgias and cough as "walking pneumonia". In this case, antibiotics might be helpful.
