Possible Folliculiti: It could be something as simple as an ingrown hair or cyst. If it causes pain you should see your doc as you may need antibiotics.

Abscess: likely a folliculitisbor abscess. If this is more near your labia could be Bartholin's cyst. Either way this will probably need to be seen.
