Top of head feels like it has line or cut around going around my whole head making a circle. inside the circle i feel pulse or some type of beating?

Questions...: There are a few things I would like to know: How long this has been going on for? How severe? Nausea, vomiting, fainting, changes in vision, changes with position?How did it start? Any injuries? These are important in order to determine what could be the cause of the headache. If this is new and very severe you should see your doctor or visit an urgent care center ASAP.
