Yes but migh affect: Yes but it might effect your sleep. Pseudoephedrine is a vasoconstrictor but also can increase heart rate and metabolism. If this is night for you, youll breath great but maybe awake for a while hehe

Careful: Some of this decongestant otc meds have alcohol as a component. I usually recommend delsym (dextromethorphan) and clarinex.
