Call your doc or ER: Dark urine, stomach and back pain can be due to kidney or liver problems (among other things). Can't tell without further history and testing. I would get checked soon, at an UC or an ER if your doc cannot see you pretty quickly. If the pain is severe, your eyes are yellow, you have fever, or vomiting go to an ER.
