Infection possible: sounds like could be a urinary tract infection. You will need a urinalysis to confirm, along with a history and physical exam from a provider. If so, antibiotics will help to resolve the problem. Be well!

Pains: An urinary tract infection won't cause stabbing pains in the breast or upper abdomen. These could be muscle spasms or gas entrapment. Burning in the urethral area after urinating sounds more like irritation of the urethra rather than urinary tract infection, but a urinalysis and urine culture and colony count would be needed to be certain. Discuss this with your physician if symptoms persist.
