Clear mucus discharge with blood in it. 9 days before my period. never had this before happened. 1st tim so far. should ibe concerned or go to doctor?

No need yet: If this is the first time, I would not worry. Keep track over the next 3 months and see if it continues to happen. If it is associated with any other symptoms such as itching, burning, odor, fever.....then follow up sooner
