Hallucinations: Everyone hallucinates (think dreams) but with psychosis it is difficult to tell whether voices are coming from inside or outside or whether they are thoughts. These "voices" are most likely your responses to your thoughts, but they may not be pleasant or what you want to hear. Tx includes both meds to reduce voices but also therapy to learn to cope with this disturbing process.
