N. fowleri: I agree with using the CDC for information. I even see some variability within CDC info. This is an incredibly rare disease. My thought is that with each recent case - it may change the stats a little. In the US we have only had 143 cases between 1962 & 2016. Per CDC, SX's start 1-9 days (median 5 days)after contact. Death usually occurs 1-18 days (median 5 days) AFTER sx's appear.
