Why?: Hmmmm... there is not much you can do to change breast size really. She could gain weight overall, but it sounds like she has a nice slim shape, so that may not be a good idea. She could have surgical enhancement, certainly. Why do you want her to have bigger breasts anyway? I'll bet she is perfect just the way she is!
