Low oil in the: diet can produce dry and cracking skin. Check w/doc first but 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil daily may be helpful. You can dip bread in it, take it off the spoon, or put it in a shake. Avoid skin creams containing alcohol. I see that you also have dry hair. This may help w/that also. Peace and good health. Most make up is bad for skin, e.g., lipstick. Use a brand from the health food store.
