Who reads the lumbosacral spine mri?

Your radiologist: Your radiologist. Your orthopod (if you were referred and he ordered the study) will probably take a look as well, for any surgical planning, etc. But ultimately a radiologist will make the final read and is responsible for the findings.

Clinical correlation: A spine specialist, like a neurosurgeon is the only physician that can clinically correlate your symptoms with the MRI findings. Do not rely on the radiologist's reading alone! Spine surgeons have the unique opportunity to see the real anatomy at the time of surgery and match it up with the images. Radiologists don't get to do that after their medical school cadaver.
