Is microdisectomy better then microendiscopic for the lumbar and for the cervical?

Depends: The success rate for a discectomy, whether microscopic or micro endoscopic is really more based on your condition than the surgery itself. A good candidate who has a herniated disc with pain running down the leg has about a 95 percent success rate. Neither technique does well for back pain.
